Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellations affect us significantly and give us little chance of rebooking. For this reason we would ask 7 days prior notice of cancellation to the scheduled arrival date.
Check-In (3:00pm) and Late Arrivals
Check-In at The Outside Inn begins at 3:00pm. If you arrive early, you may have to wait to check in if your accommodation is not ready.
Check-Out and Departure (10:30am)
We are sorry you have to leave at all, however, we must insist on a 10:30 AM Check-Out time. Keys may be left in unit at departure or delivered to the office. A fee of $10 for every extra half hour will be charged for late departure (after 10:30 am), please leave the kitchen and barbeque the way you would like to find them, an additional $30.00 will be charged.to your credit card if excessive cleaning is required. You will be held responsible for any damage or breakages.
