Reservation Policies:
· Cabin & Loft rates are per night, double occupancy
· Minimum 2 night stay, minimum 3 night stay for holidays
· All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests: $20.00
per person, per night.
· All reservations are subject to a reservation fee of $15.00 + tax.
· All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. Click here for currency

· All accommodations can be reserved in advance with a 2 day minimum
reservation.
· 3 day minimum stay on holidays.
Holidays: (minimum 3 night stay required)
APRIL 6 - GOOD FRIDAY
APRIL 9 - EASTER MONDAY
MAY 21 - VICTORIA DAY
JULY 1 - CANADA DAY
AUGUST 6 - BC DAY
SEPTEMBER 3 - LABOUR DAY
OCTOBER 8 - THANKSGIVING
DECEMBER 25 - CHRISTMAS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit (Interac) and Cash only.
Rental Policies:
All guests are subject to the "HOUSE RULES" which will clearly
posted.
Deposit Policy:
All Deposit's are 2 day minimum or 3 days on a holiday.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable with 15 days notice by phone or email. If more than
15 days notice is given,
you will receive the deposit refunded to you excluding your reservation fee.
Cancellations with less than 15 days notice are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Pet Policy:
Pets negotiable with pet cleaning fee of $30. Please inquire.

Check Out: Before 11:00 AM
